Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job of photographing our wedding on 5th June 2010 at Butleigh Wootton.

We appreciated you coming to the house (twice!) and running through our preferences and requested shots. On the day you did a great job in the low light and the rain, and got some iconic images in difficult circumstances. The photo of us at the top of the stairs at Butleigh Wootton is our absolute favourite.

We are so grateful that you didn't put your cameras away after dinner (even though you were no longer on the clock!), getting some even more fabulous photos.

We have no hesitation recommending you to others, and indeed have done so.

I'm sorry i haven't been in touch yet, things have been pretty hectic since the wedding.  Mark and I loved the photos and everyone who  has seen them has commented on what a great job you did.  The thousand or so photos tell the story of our wedding day from start to finish which was exactly what we wanted.  We had some printed last week so that we could send them to people with thank you cards and mum has had phone calls all week from people thanking us for the lovely photos.  Unfortunately we haven't really had a chance to sit and decide which ones we want to get developed to have on display at home yet but we will get some blown up to portrait size for our home and for the parents.

You can't begin to understand just how special you made our wedding day. As an individual you are relaxed, funny and uplifting - an absolute pleasure to have around. As a professional you are so skilled in what you do, and you do it with ease.

The photos of our wedding day are absolutely incredible. You captured those big things that you'd normally expect, but also the tiny detail that often goes unnoticed. You were there, but you weren't - always around but never intrusive. We would not have had anybody else photograph our special day!

Our history began with you taking our portraits in 2008, followed by our wedding in 2009. Frank, we don't consider you a photographer. We consider you part of the family and the person that will be there in the future to help capture many more precious moments to come.

It has been one month today since our wedding, and yet it feels like a lifetime ago!  We cannot believe how quickly time has passed since our special day, and looking through the gorgeous photos you took for us transports us back to that day so clearly that it feels like we are there again.  We would like to pass on our most heartfelt thanks to you, for an absolutely brilliant job and the most beautiful wedding photos we could have imagined. 

Our wedding day was the most special and important day of our lives so far, and you have captured the essence of that day so wonderfully.  We were so impressed, as were our guests and Bridal party, with your creativity in working around the weather and transport difficulties (as we were unable to visit the Botanic Gardens for Bridal party photos, as originally planned) to create a stunning portfolio of shots in the one location.  Many people were surprised to hear that all of our photos were taken at the ceremony and reception venue, as there was such a great range of shots to choose from. 

We especially appreciated the personal care you gave, not only in our pre-wedding meetings, but on the night also.  The wedding day/night really does go so quickly and we are so grateful to you for staying on for an extra hour or more to continue taking shots.  Thank you! 

Our guests commented that you were very friendly and helpful, yet still professional, and you mingled with the guests so well that we hardly noticed you were there taking our photo.  There are quite a few shots that we cannot remember being taken, and that is exactly the style that we wanted for our wedding – candid, and capturing the moment, without posing.

In addition, we were extremely pleased with the online album, which we noticed was online on the first day of our honeymoon.  We were then able to access our photos and pass the details on to friends and family whilst we were away, so nobody missed out or had to wait.  We received our folio album in the mail very promptly, and it was lovely that when we arrived back home from our honeymoon we could sit down with our families and watch a DVD of our photos and relive the night.  

We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful service you have given.  Your photography has been our favourite wedding present!!  We have not stopped singing your praises to all of our friends and family, and would not hesitate to recommend you for another wedding.

Dear Frank and Steve,

We were so lucky to find Frank (Melbourne) and Steve (NZ) at One2onephotography.  We had been searching online for a local photographer for our wedding in Melbourne but were becoming increasingly frustrated that so few actually advertised package prices on their websites and none would explain costs without meeting to 'discuss our needs and develop a package to suit our budget' !  We loved the one2onephotography website immediately.  The online albums showed a great depth of style and locations.  The set packages were also clearly listed which meant we could set our own budget to meet our needs! 

Frank returned our email immediately, and although he was booked on our wedding date, his colleague from New Zealand, Steve, was available and was willing to fly in to photograph our wedding - at no extra cost to us.  Frank and Steve maintained ongoing contact, so we were never concerned that Steve wouldn't arrive from NZ.  Steve flew in the day before and met with us at our home to discuss in person (we had conversed via email and phone) our preferences and styles.  He and Frank then went to visit the Church and reception to make decisions regarding photography options at the venues.  Steve also used Frank's sat nav to make sure he was on track with our rather busy roads!

Steve was a fantastic person to have photograph our wedding.  He was warm, relaxed, unobtrusive and humourous in his manner, which made our day even more enjoyable.  Steve captured the day from beginning to end, combining a range of styles (candid, natural, artistic, portrait family shots etc). He caught the emotion and feelings of the day in every photo.  Steve's greatest talent is his ability to read people - without knowing who our guests were, he managed to capture special moments between both of us and our closest friends and extended family.  We were thrilled when we received our album showing these moments. 

Due to our short engagement, only a handful of friends and family from overseas were able to attend.  We were so impressed with the speed which our online album was ready.  Our family overseas were able to view our photos within a week of our celebration, allowing them to also share in our special day. 

We can't recommend one2onephotography highly enough.  We had a brilliant day with amazing photos to forever look back on.

From the moment we met with you, we were certain that your professionalism, intensity, care and interest were qualities that would transpose into your photography.  We have so many aspects of our photography experience to thank you for, so to begin...
Thank you for the pre-wedding day chats, then for being there for our wedding preparations.  For the bride's camp in particular you were a calm presence amidst what felt like a bit of a flurry!  And although we were aware of your presence, you were just that - completely present, never imposing or invasive.  You made everyone feel very comfortable in your company.  The wedding ceremony itself was like a dream, and though you took many hundreds of photos we were not once, ever, aware of the camera.  You managed to achieve so many different angles and perspectives, with some beautiful results that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
Following the ceremony we had our respective families photographed in countless variations, and despite our families being somewhat disorganised, you were an ever patient beacon of '3,2,1, cheese'.  You then helped us to achieve some beautiful couple shots, with a fantastic sense of humour to keep us going.  Even during the wedding reception, you continued to work tirelessly (and well beyond the number or hours due to us!) to capture some beautiful images of the family, the bridal table, our first dance, and the speeches.  Thank you for staying so long into the night and for the extraordinary effort you made subsequently in editing over three hundred of our images.
We would not hesitate to recommend your services to any couple or family who wishes to capture the essence of a special occasion.  Every time we look through our photographs we have the opportunity to re-live our day and it never fails to leave us with big smiles on our faces and love in our hearts.  The care you take is so evident in your work, and combined with your absolute professionalism and skill, the results are incredible.

Josh and I were able to see the online photos while we were on our honeymoon in port douglas, I got so excited when i saw them, i tell ya what its weird seeing yourself in wedding photos im used to looking at other people's photos.
